I’m Sam Jump, a Mindset Mentor, Values Integration Expert, and Founder of Powerhouses With Purpose.
For 15+ years, I’ve worked at the intersection of leadership, strategy, and execution—guiding ambitious women and mission-driven teams to break burnout cycles, rewire mindset patterns, and build cultures that reflect their highest potential, not the outdated rules they’ve inherited.
I know firsthand what it takes to build big visions and what it costs to do it out of alignment.
